COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers,

At Fan Veterinary Clinic we are taking steps to ensure our patients and employees remain safe and in good health. As COVID-19 spreads we will continue our efforts to meet the needs of our patients while remaining vigilant in our safety practices.

In our clinic and surgery

We have increased our cleaning of common areas such as door knobs, counter surfaces computers etc.
Adding extra hand sanitizers to front desk and clinical areas.
Working with our suppliers to keep high demand items in stock.

For our employees

We have split our staff into teams to reduce the chance of everyone being exposed from one incident.
Encouraging our employees to closely monitor their health and well being.
Providing hand sanitizers and other cleaning products for their use.

For our Customers

Please follow CDC’s suggested hygiene practices including safe distancing to help prevent the spread of the virus. Please do not visit our office if you have any respiratory symptoms or are in contact with any persons with symptoms.

For Appointments

We are open with a reduced schedule and staff. We are prioritizing appointments for pets that are ill or injured. We will then accept some appointments for routine procedures maintaining a time interval between appointments to minimize contact between customers.

Prescriptions and Food

Please call ahead for any medications your pets need. We will fill the prescriptions and have you pull up out front in your vehicle. We will then bring the products to your passenger window.
