APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

Fan Veterinary Clinic serves on an appointment-only basis. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact your local emergency veterinary clinic. To schedule an appointment, please call 804-358-3779 and we will gladly assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can so we can help other pets stay healthy. Call us at 804-358-3779 and we will gladly assist you.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. For new patients, you may need to fill out a few forms, so plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early so that we can get you setup and seeing our veterinarians as quickly as possible.

OVERNIGHT:

Fan Veterinary Clinic is not a boarding facility. Please be advised that we do not board your pets overnight, so be prepared to pickup your pet before the close of business.
